Kobayashi industrial (Thailand) Co. ,Ltd.<\/p>\n

KITC established a company in Thailand in 2010 to manufacture and sell automotive parts, electric parts and others using press technology and machining technology. Kobayashi Industrial Co., Ltd. (KIC), a parent company, was founded in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan over 60 years. We have been produced metal products and machinery under company policy \u201cCreation and Progress\u201d.<\/p>\n

The main technologies are stamping die design and manufacture, press technology.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In particular, the stamping technology using Flow Control Forming (FCF) has realized a great cost reduction by combining cold forging and high press technology. In addition, we are designing and manufacturing thermal welding jigs for automobile tail lamps and automatic machines. We are also challenging automotive parts that introduced new heat treatment technology.<\/p>\n

In the field of electrical parts processing, there were parts that have been producing costly stamping dies for each part up to now.
\nHowever, we have changed the material from sheet metal to a coil for eliminating the need for new mold cost generation, and achieved a large cost reduction.<\/p>\n

KITC\u2019s work slogan is 3E-5S (Excellent Employee, Excellent Product, Excellent Company through 5S Activity). We do a lot of activities such as 5S activity, KAIZEN (improvement) activity, CCCF (accident prevention) activity, Golden Rule<\/span><\/strong><\/span> that decides work rules.<\/strong><\/span> These activities strengthen the bonds of employees\u2019 teamwork. As a result, contribute greatly to Zero Accident, Quality Improvement, and Cost Reduction. Our quality policy is \u201cOur Satisfaction is Customer Satisfaction\u201d.
